This Shipping Policy describes how CigMEXO processes and delivers orders placed on cigmexo.shop. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders of 2 or more cartons of cigarettes. Single-carton and other orders may incur shipping charges, which are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Express Delivery Timeframes

We typically ship via express methods. Most deliveries arrive in about 3 days after dispatch. This is an estimate based on usual carrier performance and destination—not a guaranteed delivery date. Delays can occur due to carrier issues, customs, weather, or local regulations.

Order Processing

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation, subject to stock availability and order verification. During peak periods or holidays, processing may take longer. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and further updates when it ships when tracking is available.

Shipping Charges

Shipping costs (when free shipping does not apply) are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size/weight, and selected method. Please review the total before completing payment.

In line with our Return Policy, customers are charged shipping at most once (including returns), and no restocking fee is charged for eligible returns. See our Return Policy for full details.

Tracking

Where the carrier provides tracking, we will share tracking information by email or through your account when it becomes available. Tracking updates depend on the carrier and destination country systems.

Age Restrictions and Eligibility

CigMEXO sells age-restricted tobacco products. By ordering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, and that you are legally permitted to purchase and receive tobacco products at the delivery address.

We reserve the right to cancel orders where we reasonably believe the buyer is underage or the delivery would violate applicable law.

Destination Restrictions and Customs

We ship to destinations where we can lawfully fulfil orders. Some countries, regions, or carriers may restrict tobacco shipments. If we cannot ship to your address, we will contact you and may cancel and refund the order.

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout. Delivery times may be extended when packages clear customs.

Failed Delivery and Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect addresses, refused packages, or unavailability to receive the parcel. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship after a failed delivery.
